Refund policy

At Mink Retail, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy below for refunds, exchanges, and replacements.

  • Timeframe for Returns, Exchanges & Replacements
    You may initiate a return, exchange, or replacement request within 4 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.
  • Return Conditions
    Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags and original packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
  • Exchange Policy
    Exchanges are only applicable for size issues and are subject to availability. If your required size is unavailable, we’ll notify you once it’s back in stock.
  • Replacement Policy
    Replacements are offered for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us promptly to arrange a hassle-free replacement without any additional charges.
  • Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service for your safety and proof of return.
  • Size Issue Exception
    In case of a size issue and your desired size being out of stock, please allow some time. We’ll restock and dispatch your requested size as soon as it becomes available.
  • Processing Your Return
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund, exchange, or replacement accordingly.

In case of a refund, 10% of the product’s actual price will be deducted as service/processing charges. The remaining amount will be transferred to the customer's provided account.

Exchanges and replacements will be processed without any deduction, subject to the conditions mentioned above.

In case of a size error exchange, the customer will bear the return shipping charges, which are PKR 350.

For defective or incorrect items, we will bear the return shipping cost and offer a free replacement.
